Hello everyone,
I am new here in the forum and am currently planning a house.
I already have an offer, which includes exterior walls made of 36.5 Poroton without external insulation, just plaster.
Does that make sense or would you rather advise against it?
Would you have reinforcement applied in the exterior plaster with this construction method to prevent possible cracking?
It reads in my construction performance description as follows:
When executing the exterior plaster system, a lime-cement plaster with a thickness of 1.5 cm - 2.0 cm is applied to the Poroton masonry. On top of that, the finishing plaster, executed with 2 mm synthetic resin plaster, is applied.
They only have reinforcement in the version with external insulation in the construction performance description, which doesn’t apply to us.
I am curious about your opinions.
Regards, Alex
