Is it possible to have self-generated electricity from a photovoltaic system and heating electricity?

I have a question:
Our new building is to be heated with an air-to-water heat pump and additionally a 9 kWp photovoltaic system will be installed.

The electricity from the photovoltaic system should of course primarily be used for heating. If there are surpluses, household self-consumption should take place first before the electricity is fed into the grid.... Basically no problem.

In the heating months, my photovoltaic system will contribute little, so I am considering taking a heating electricity tariff as it is significantly cheaper.
Then I will have two meters....
Is it possible for the photovoltaic electricity to still be used for both consumers (heating and household)?

before you invest money in a photovoltaic system, I would rather spend more money and do a deep drilling and a brine heat pump.

As you yourself say, if the photovoltaic system produces, you don't need it, and if you need it, it doesn't produce!!

: I did it like this: Photovoltaic 6.3 kWp on southwest + northwest roof, plus a LG ESS and no separate heat pump meter. The heat pump will be a split unit with 6 kW heating capacity. The ESS and the heat pump will be put into operation in spring; I will then report here later about the operating behavior...

Oops.. I just noticed that I made a mistake: 9 kWp is of course quite a significant figure.

The subsidized heating electricity probably makes no sense at all. Therefore, only one meter for everything. Issue closed.

Double-check: Just take out the calculator.
