Is it possible construction costs?

I'm new here in the forum.
Maybe a brief introduction about myself, I live in Bavaria and work as an electrical master craftsman for a large car manufacturer.

Now my girlfriend and I want to build a house.

We already own a plot of land with 1500sqm.
So the cost estimate only revolves around the house.

The following things are basically already decided.

-Heating: wood heating (we own a forest ourselves), additionally a tiled stove integrated into the heating system.
Possibly also ground collectors as a supplement.
-Exterior wall: Poroton T8 -490, or similar.
-Living area approx. 300sqm
-Min. 2 garages
-Fully basement

As mentioned, I am an electrical master craftsman myself, so I will do the electrical work myself.
One of my acquaintances owns a tiling company and a heating company.
Furthermore, I know a few masons. So I think with friends and own work, you can significantly reduce the construction costs. Besides, it is not urgent, whether I finish a year earlier or later doesn't matter to me.
I want to have the shell construction done by a company.
We have 400,000 available financially.

Is it possible to build such a house with these means?

Mhh. That’s about 1350 EUR/sqm of living space. That would be doable. But then fully basemented? And MIND. 2 garages. Then also a water-heated fireplace... And additional costs haven’t been calculated yet. I find that at least ambitious.!!
