Hello,

the bathroom installer from our developer says that he will not install the water meter as long as all sanitary fittings are not installed.

Is that correct?

What do you want to know, if that is usual? No idea, we had the meter installed for a long time before even 1 sink was fitted... But if yours doesn't do that, you probably can't do much. Reason?

yes exactly. Whether there is a building regulation or something similar. Whether the municipal utilities require it. We find it illogical and several other craftsmen do too.

Is there such a building regulation? Do you have a source? If there is no such regulation, then I want to confront him and ask what this harassment is supposed to be about.

No, there is no such regulation. Have someone explain to you why he wants to handle it that way, with what reasoning. After all, one would think that someone has a reason when making such a wise decision...
