Is it allowed to install a condensing boiler on drywall (Rigips)?

Hello everyone,
as part of our house renovation, the old boiler is to be replaced with a new condensing boiler.
It is installed in the attic on an unplastered gable wall.
In this context – since the boiler will already be removed – I would like to "beautify" the wall.
I was thinking of glued-on green gypsum plasterboards.
The load-bearing capacity should not be a problem as the board in the boiler area is to be fully glued to the shell wall (Poroton hollow brick).
However, the question now arises for me:
Is it even – for fire protection reasons or similar – permissible to mount a boiler on gypsum plasterboards?
Or what could be used as an alternative?
Regards Olli

Prefabricated houses or wooden houses don’t immediately burst into flames if a candle falls over... In my opinion, it doesn’t matter at all what kind of panel you ultimately screw on there. However, since the gable wall will not be particularly oversized, you can certainly spend a few more euros and do something for fire protection. Example: Fermacell Firepanel a1

Where is the fire protection problem with a GKBi board? The part at 12.5mm thickness is classified as A2,s1-d0 / DIN 13501-1, which means non-combustible.

Hi,
unfortunately the matter with the [Therme] has been delayed, but I still want to give you some feedback on it.
I asked the chimney sweep, he has no objections, so no problem.
However, I had the new [Therme] installed directly on the unplastered wall after all.
The reason for this was simply a time issue.
