Is insulation sensible?

Hello,

To what extent is insulation even sensible in a new building? I haven't found anything on Konrad Fischer here? Have there been threads about this before? If yes, sorry... I didn't want to start yet another fundamental thread.

Ok I think my question is somewhat general, after having gone through many threads here. It always depends on the individual case, the outer shell (e.g. monolithic), or similar.

Exactly that question is too general. There are also different opinions at this point. I think the building must be considered as a whole. Then it is important which heating and ventilation are in the house.
