Is high ceiling height possible with controlled residential ventilation?

I can't yet imagine how recessed lights are installed in the concrete ceiling. That means I need holes in the concrete. And what about the cables?

Exactly! The positions of the spots are determined and then the ceiling including the cables is concreted (either traditionally or with precast ceilings). As I said, that's common – no more suspended ceilings.

If you install flat ducts on the raw subfloor (on the raw ceiling), you must plan for an additional 8 cm floor construction (= shell construction height).
