Is it common for the health and safety planning to be done by the client? Especially when building turnkey with a general contractor? How was it for you? Did you have to do it yourself or outsource it?

No, not a topic at all 10 years ago. But the GCs save on every detail – the main thing is that it can still be called turnkey.
