Many thanks for your answers and the critical questions!
Partly partly, we have saved about 35,000 since 09.2018, so you get an approximate idea.
I only list maintenance, service + vehicle tax, fuel is not included. Actually, yesterday I just wrote down a few items and some are missing. As described, I offset the annual bonuses with vacations (both my girlfriend and I receive these annual bonuses). Above I mention the approximate amount we saved last year.
After two years.
As described above, I do not work 60%, but am employed at 60% in a clinic (+1-2 on-call shifts) = 1900-2400 euros and at the end of my training as a psychotherapist with about 14 hours per week, earning between 1800 and 2200 euros per quarter, but I conservatively calculated 500 euros per month in my first post. Prospectively, I will earn E14 in employment, preferably also 100%, if I get a panel contract, I could also imagine setting up my own practice (definitely not in our own house)... there is not really a shortage of positions...
That is good to know, so far we thought the bank would also be interested in the medium-term perspective.
Did you save up the equity or did you receive it as a gift?

100€ for a vehicle is also very little

Therefore, it should be clarified whether there is an obligation to build on the plot.

Why do you work only 60%?

Currently, in my opinion, it will not work with financing, since parental allowance is not sustainable income (probably assessed differently from bank to bank).
