Is cavity insulation 032 or 035 sufficient?

If you have received a BESCHEID, the matter is settled. Nothing has more authority than a German Bescheid. Whether it contains errors or is correct, the Bescheid is valid and very, very difficult to challenge. So think positively. :-)
