Is building a pool still worthwhile when shaded by a neighbor's house?

good morning,

I just registered here.
We live in a single-family house facing south, (Terrace) plot 300 sqm each to the east and west.
So far, we have had sun in the summer until about 7 p.m.

Now, east and west (and in front) DDH are being built with an eastern terrace.

Our neighbor's house is 10 meters from our property line.

Does anyone have an idea how much more shade this will bring us in the summer?

We are currently planning a pool and are therefore wondering if it even makes sense anymore.

Summer is less of a problem because the sun is high.
The transitional period is more interesting in this regard.

The most important thing is that the pool is heated, then the fun is guaranteed in summer :)
