There is much more to consider with this type of roof:
So-called nail plate trusses were used, which means they are very difficult to alter and usually heavily stressed structurally,
which means that you cannot simply install roof windows between the trusses because the battens often serve to stiffen the trusses.
When converting the attic, the construction receives additional loads from insulation, drywall, etc.

If at all, in this case, the first step would be to consult a structural engineer/statistician, provided there is an existing structural analysis, also to check
for which live loads the attic space was designed.

Technically, much is possible, but whether the costs still make sense is something you have to decide yourself.

You can save yourself the trip. Town & Country certainly does not build more expensive or "stronger" than required by the applicable standards and the generally accepted rules of technology. The roof is designed as storage space or as a drying attic, not as a living floor. So you can't put a living floor in there either.

And storage space only in the area of the attic trusses, by the way.

Is the floor construction even ventilated?
