Is an asbestos-containing Eternit facade a financial risk?

At our landfill, a BigBag for asbestos costs €15 and disposal €195 per ton. Roofing felt (bitumen) is expensive at €420 per ton in comparison.

The range of offers was from 1800 euros to 6400 euros. The work was extremely clean, tidy, and complete, including transportation, organized by a disposal company.
