Well, that doesn't help much. Sure, you can possibly get information about shareholder relationships, frequent changes, and share capital, but ultimately, that says very little about creditworthiness.

Firstly, a layperson can't make anything of that. Secondly, without account verification for the balance sheet, they are not very informative, and that is not published. Furthermore, a positive annual financial statement says just as little about the payment behavior of the company in question. What use is it if the company makes a good profit but pays its subcontractors only sluggishly, and they are therefore not so motivated at work?
