Is a static problem possible due to holes between the floor and the wall?

Hello everyone,

today during a viewing I found an apartment that I basically liked.
However, I noticed that there are holes between the floor and the wall in many places, some of which have already been filled with cement. Large areas of the floor itself have also been repaired.
As a layperson, I wondered whether this could possibly represent a (structural) problem.
The building material is concrete and the year of construction is 1979. The apartment is on the 3rd floor out of 3.
Thank you in advance.

The extensive repair looks like leveling compound to even out the floor.

The damage in other areas looks like a lot of moisture.

Property. In my opinion, not a structural problem, just a moisture problem.

"Just"? To me, that looks like severe (+long-term) moisture damage towards the exterior wall and windows.

Thank you for the answers. What problems can this lead to? Mold? Would you refrain from buying?

Without an expert who certifies to me that it is harmless (and thus liable), I would not buy that.

correct, bring in a professional and evaluate the whole thing. it's already good that you noticed it, but bad that it is so conspicuous that it's almost too much
