Hello everyone,
today during a viewing I found an apartment that I basically liked.
However, I noticed that there are holes between the floor and the wall in many places, some of which have already been filled with cement. Large areas of the floor itself have also been repaired.
As a layperson, I wondered whether this could possibly represent a (structural) problem.
The building material is concrete and the year of construction is 1979. The apartment is on the 3rd floor out of 3.
Thank you in advance.
