ClenSolar - I have already bought two systems.

Yes. With an east-west system, you have less maximum power output but more sun hours. Those who are home more in the mornings and evenings benefit in terms of self-consumption. The lower the feed-in tariff becomes, the more worthwhile east-west systems become for private homes.

Thanks, learned something again. I will then probably, if it becomes a topic, check carefully. The feed-in tariff is anyway laughable.

I can only confirm the statement about East/West systems; you practically benefit from the generated electricity all day long. Of course, the well-known recommendations for action apply here as well:

- Cover the roof meaningfully
- The self-consumption rate is not a value relevant for the dimensioning of the system
- The autonomy rate (if not 100% intended) is not a value relevant for the dimensioning of the system

Hyundai Ioniq 5 connected and you don't need to feed in anything anymore ;)

Can you recommend them? Just googled and the flyer says:

“The sun radiates an amount of energy of 1,000 kilowatts annually on every square meter of earth in Germany.”

Oh boy.
