Good day.
I will soon be moving into a new condominium unit in a multi-family house (5 units), which BT will hand over to us turnkey.
I am now interested in whether I can move in if one of the owners refuses acceptance during the handover (because, for example, they find something wrong with the [community property]).
Do all owners have to accept the [community property] (protocol), or how does something like this work?
And how is it with the [separate property]? Surely each owner can move in if they are satisfied with their apartment.
Thank you
erika
