Hello, I just came across this forum through the search engine. There are already some interesting new developments for me. I also have a question: We want to start building our house in the spring. I am considering equipping our house with ventilation devices. For me, devices from Ventomaxx, GF-Sol-Air, or Inverter are in the running. Some operate in pairs. Others have supply and exhaust air operation or solar operation. My questions. 1. Does anyone here have experience with these devices? 2. Do they have a high noise level? This is important for the bedroom. 3. Are there devices that I have overlooked? Thank you very much for your comments. BG

Hello,

My friend owns a passive house and the use of external energy is almost zero. He has a conservatory area made of wood and it is closed off. He breeds orchids and needs cool but also humid air. That is why he had his own ventilation system installed. It is the "Paul" system from Germany with heat recovery 120 m3.

He only runs it on the lowest setting and yet it can still be heard. If this room were larger, it would have to run even faster, which is also significantly louder. So it is completely unsuitable for the bedroom.

Best regards

Hello Kurt1985,
Thank you very much for your quick reply. I have looked at the website of this German company and now I need to know if they also deliver to Switzerland.
Best regards
Ricardo

Hello Ricardo, I have no experience with the devices you mentioned. I know an Ökolüfter and there is one on every floor. They are really good. Best regards

Hello Ricardo, Some time ago I dealt with this. So I bought a GF-Sol-Air for testing. Although it is not very appealing visually. It can only be recessed 6 cm and sticks out 5 cm from the wall. I had it partly in the bedroom and on the lowest setting you could hear something. So not suitable for there. Maybe I'll use the device in my hobby basement. Best regards

A central ventilation system already improves the quality of the air, I have no doubt about that. But for me, these costs are simply too high. I also cannot accept the [Nebengeräusche]. I am looking for other solutions.
