Hello everyone,
we have decided afterwards to increase the ground floor height by 13.5 cm because we want to install LEDs in the ceiling and the general contractor says that an increase would then be sensible. So far a height of 2.45 meters (structural shell 2.625 meters) is planned and then we would have a height of 2.58 meters (structural shell 2.75 meters).
That would mean, however, that my house would grow by 13 cm contrary to the building application. According to the regulations of the city from which I bought the plot, I am allowed to build up to a maximum height of 10 meters, and I am still well below that, but the building application is decisive, isn’t it?
Do I now have to submit an amendment, or is this a tolerance value?
Thank you very much for your help and best regards
Bastian
