Hello,

great forum here, thank you.

Now my question:

I have about €40,000 in equity. Does it make sense to buy a plot of land with that and finance the house to be built 100%?

Or is it advisable to finance the land and the house together?

Thanks

Hello Mirko76,

You can also purchase the property using equity.

For the financing, the bank then considers both together again and determines the loan-to-value ratio that sets the conditions and thus the monthly installment.
