Hello everyone, A good friend owns an optician's shop. It has now been broken into for the second time. The property damage is considerable each time. Does anyone have experience with EMA and possibly linking it to a mobile phone? I like the principle of "Nebel," but it triggers the smoke detectors... I would appreciate any information.

Ask the local security services what they use. Then you can have the system installed and have it connected directly not to your phone but to them, and they will come by or send the blue ones.

So you mean less the installation companies and more proper security services?

Hello, so our properties (schools) were equipped with an EMA about 2 years ago, we have no false alarms. The detectors are from Honeywell as far as I know. Otherwise, I would take a photo of a detector, magnetic contacts, and the control panel tomorrow if desired!?

Hi,

in the old office we had something like that because otherwise we wouldn't have been insurable. The companies that install something like that form their own industry. We got quotes and I believe they were quite similar if the scope was comparable. The system with installation cost about 7000DM back then (in the year 2000).

The connection went to the reporting center, but I drove there myself every time after a call from them (about 6 minutes by car) and checked carefully. Then a call to the reporting center -> Everything O.K. a dispatch by them would have been chargeable each time and usually would have also triggered a police operation (also chargeable).

We had only about 6-8 false alarms in 5 years, never anything real

You're welcome. I am grateful for any information. However, it is important to me not only to detect the alarm but also to find out what it triggers. How do I learn about it or "the good ones"?
