Hello everyone,

I have been reading here for a few weeks now and would like to send you our offer.

The house is a (shell construction):from the company Meisterstück Ästhetik-Holzskeletthaus

- 8.50 x 10.50 m
- Gable roof 33 degrees
- Roof overhang gable / eaves 125m
- Lots of floor-level glass surfaces
- DIN living area approx. 140 sqm
- Ventilation with heat recovery
- Solar system 7.1 sqm in combination with Buderus gas condensing boiler
- HPL stringer stairs
- Electric venetian blinds (shading system 6x 2.00m / 1x3.20m)
- 6 sqm balcony
- Bay window approx. 3.60 x 2.60
- Underfloor heating on ground and upper floors
- 7 sqm covered outdoor seating area

So practically technically finished except for electrical installation= 208,000 €

Own work includes:

- Complete exterior work (10,000)
- Electrical work (6,000)
- All floor coverings (6,000)
- Interior doors (2,000)
- All connection costs for water etc. (11,000)
- Wallpapering and painting (2,000)
- Interior finishing (drywall ceiling and sloping walls with filling etc.) 2,000 €
- Foundation slab = 14,000

= 43,000 €

Except for the foundation slab and partly the calculation for the floor, these are PURE material costs.

We are currently wondering whether we are already too expensive with the pure house price? Many have told us that the house itself would be way too expensive. And whether the extra cost is worth it for this house.

I am curious about your opinion.

Best regards

Hello,

People who supposedly know everything better are as numerous as sand on the sea To even remotely answer your question, the BB would have to be known ...

Kind regards

So the BAB is about 40 pages long. I'm not concerned about 2,300 €, but rather an estimate of how reasonable the price is. Or whether you can build the same thing for MUCH less without timber framing and so much glass?!
