the economical use of land.
I like that!
You’re not forced to build everything "big." A footpath, meaning a garden path, can also consist of just 40cm stepping stones. Others manage that too!
So there are still 53 square meters left. I personally find that very little. After all, no terrace, no footpath, nothing has been built yet.
I personally find it a lot, what you’re building in that amount. If you’re allowed to distribute 2/5 of the cake, then you handle those 2/5 more cautiously, right?
Don’t get me wrong: You’re allowed to build however you want, but then:
If you want more, you bought the wrong plot.
At some point there should actually also be a small pool on the property
As far as I know, pools are not relevant for floor space index. But then everything is built up, right?
For example, I would only gravel the driveway, so it doesn’t count. Garden paths can be designed creatively, no standard is needed for that now. Terrace: a bit smaller will do as well. Loungers can stand well on the lawn.
