Internet financing? ...and other questions!

Hello everyone,

I have already read many posts about financing through online portals and somehow I can't make sense of it. Are they generally recommended? Is there anyone who has had really bad or really good experiences with them?

And one more question:

Can I avoid the advisory fee and a closing fee? I find it almost cheeky to charge certain percentages for advising me in order to make a fortune from the loan/financing!

Everyone has to experience the feeling of a good financing decision for themselves. You have to get through it. Usually, online banks offer better conditions and are more flexible, but with the local bank, you have an advisor you can personally bother. There are no consulting fees and no closing fees (at many banks) either. But you have to expect to pay interest monthly for borrowed money :cool: You don't get anything for free.

Hey ypg, I’m totally fine with the interest:o...it was just about the other costs around the loans.

AT THE MOMENT, however, banks are competing for new customers without the aforementioned costs. I just went through it... (had financings calculated)
Additional costs mentioned somewhere in this forum are estimated costs and costs that MAY incur. For the sake of up-to-dateness, one should always pay attention to the date on the internet :)

Commitment interest is clear, but it may come later (unfortunately)....
