Interior walls made of drywall or masonry?

You see me completely confused. Which development plan prescribes the building fabric?

none. Most general contractors build the upper floor walls with drywall for reasons of time and consequently also cost... the resale value or the quality should not be disadvantaged. Especially nowadays, where the "higher quality" prefabricated houses are built just like that (Schwörerhaus, Weberhaus etc.)
