Hello, I have a few questions again: after actively working 4 days on our construction site over the last 5 weeks (window installation and electrical conduit installation), we are a "bit" behind our planned construction schedule. By then, the rough installation of plumbing and heating as well as the interior plaster should already be completed. Next week are the autumn holidays here and the construction site will be idle then as well. Earliest active day: 5.11.
Today the site manager told me during a meeting on the construction site that he plans to complete the interior plaster, screed, heating system, and exterior plaster still this year.
According to our construction schedule, the exterior plaster should only be done quite late (March).
Now my question is: what would be the better option regarding the drying of the building? Exterior plaster still this year or preferably next year? The site manager says he wants to protect against moisture in the winter.
As far as I could read, exterior plaster should not be applied below 5 degrees (even at night). Nobody can guarantee that anymore, right?
Thanks Hilaria
