Interior design - windows

Hello!

For quite some time now, I have been working on a nursing home near Offenbach in Hesse. I decided to do something with the lighting in the dining room, but unexpected difficulties arose. The windows are very difficult to modify, and I will probably have to change the entire frame structure in order to give my lighting concept even the slightest chance.

However, since I will most likely be experimenting a lot, I first need a fairly solid yet affordable window manufacturer, basically an Ikea among window manufacturers.

Does anyone have a creative idea?

What should these windows be like? What kind of profile, etc.?

Can someone tell me what kind of company this VEKA is? I am inexperienced in these matters and my windows are already asking to be replaced, so I need to get an overview.
