Interesting topic with radon. Wikipedia has a page on radon protection. Apparently, one can seal the floor slab or the basement against it and also work against it with room ventilation.

What is the unit of the number 80? kBq/m³?

If I understand correctly, the radon exposure with a maximum of 80 is within the permissible (healthy?) range.

Those who are afraid of radon should not live in Bavaria. There are whole regions with over 100 kBq/m³. I recommend moving to Lower Saxony and Brandenburg.
