Interest/financing for forward loans okay?

no, I wasn’t. I am still an advocate of entering into long fixed terms. For me, it was a lucky coincidence with the special repayment clause. The construct is no longer recommended either, probably the bank has also realized the gap it has there. I don’t think any bank wants an unpredictable cash flow :) Anyway, today the application will be submitted first. I’m happy, over 1% savings with the same rate means 20k interest savings for us ;)

If your loan expires in 2019, you must have signed in 2009 or even 2008 with a 10-year fixed interest rate!? Have you ever checked whether the right of withdrawal joker might apply to you? After all, 80% of all instructions during this period are faulty and you can get out that way, or the bank is accommodating and will come to terms with you. But just an idea.

I think you haven't followed the thread! I have a nice clause and have been confirmed that I can get out before the fixed interest period expires without VVE.

Requests are running at 2 banks for a forward at 2.07 and 2.09 for 15 years
