Insurance for construction helpers?

how do you have to insure a company's construction helpers yourself, I thought the construction company takes care of that?

That is clear, the construction company has to handle that. But if my friends help me, that is, with my own work, then I am responsible for that. I have to insure them then.

I would not underestimate the issue of [Schwarzarbeit] at this point either. Otherwise, construction helpers must of course be insured, and the client is responsible for that.
