Hello,
I just looked at a house (built in 1955) that gives me a very well-maintained impression.
The owners have passed away and the children are now selling the house. Basement dry, gas heating from 2010, facade insulation with 6 cm. ...
What makes me suspicious, however, is the following:
The attic is not developed but the roof is insulated at the rafters and a vapor barrier is installed. The floor of the attic is not insulated. Does this even make sense?
Can you tell if the developed attic below with two dormer windows is insulated or uninsulated? If it is really uninsulated, what is the point of insulating the attic at the rafters and not the rest?
Thank you very much
