Hello everyone I plan to insulate my basement ceiling this year with the background that there should no longer be cold feet in the living room (living room tiled). There are 3 rooms that would be suitable ranging from 16-20sqm. The basement ceiling has already been painted white, the ceiling itself is not very even (you can see the formwork conditions made of wooden boards) so the way it was done. One room has a radiator. One room is used more frequently, the rest only as a storage room. The house was built in '68, end terrace house not insulated. Basement ceiling height is about 2.10m. Fire protection requirements do not need to be met. I was thinking of about 6-8cm insulation. The basement is relatively cool how does it look regarding possible moisture? What is more sensible for an uneven basement ceiling, to glue, dowel or maybe work with a batten construction and insulation wool? Hope you can give me some tips. Regards
