Installing facade lamps with 2cm insulation

Hi,

I would slowly like to attach some lamps to the exterior facade of the garage.

Wall structure: Poroton bricks (unfilled), styrofoam, and then plaster facade on top. Up to the Poroton I have about 2 cm.

Insulation anchors can probably be forgotten here. The "normal" fastening options for ETICS systems are of course completely oversized.

The question now is: What do you use? There are things like long-shaft anchors - are they an option?

what kind of outdoor lights do you want to install that you have to worry about it?
A normal lamp doesn't weigh 5kg. Usually, the lamps come with mounting hardware.
Depending on the chamber size of the Poroton bricks, I would then make sure to get "normal" plastic Fischer plugs in the appropriate length so that you at least drill through 2 or 3 chambers and thus get a bit more hold.

If you are too worried, you can also use window frame plugs, which are definitely long enough.
You just have to pay attention to the drill holes in the lamp and their diameter.

To avoid pressure on the insulation caused by bending of the plug, you can also drill out the plaster and insulation area again with a 1-2mm larger drill bit...
