10,000 € versus 2,000 €?

then something must be wrong or the service is inferior

A landscaping gardener made the €2,000 offer. But isn’t €50 per meter for laying sewer pipes with shafts a normal price? €250 is totally excessive...

Hello Pet1234

the entrepreneur is probably booked to the hilt and is making you an offer that seems discouraging.

Is there also an inspection shaft included? Just add some sand at the end of the trench, then the utility provider can also install electricity and fiber optic cable at the same time. I believe the wastewater is at 1.2m and the rest at around 60cm? And also include a branch for the drainage of the parking space or terrace. (Entwässerungsrinne, Carport, Terrassenüberdachung)

We also built with Heinz von Heiden and everything worked out. A few comments on your plans or mentioned points:

[*]Why do you want to set L-stones? If I read the plan correctly, all 3 houses are at a comparable height at street level with only a few centimeters difference. You can also set the house accordingly higher (have it set).
[*]How do you come to 40m when it is 14m long and 10m wide?

Regarding your "digging problem":
You can also route the sewage pipes in the slab. This way, you only have one SW outlet. At least for the SW pipes, you save the shaft work. A rainwater connection is at the HAR, so no problem there either. For the RW connection at the top left, you would only have to do shaft work, or you build a cistern or infiltration shaft in the area of the left parking space.

If you stick to your external pipes, these can also be nicely installed in-house as your own work during the construction phase (if you want). The foundation cushion is simply put "compacted sand" and about 1m larger all around than your floor plan. In this meter, you can accordingly place the pipes.
