Amazing - okay, I looked it up:

11700 kWh heating requirement

And here:

3900 kWh electricity requirement for heating and hot water.

Would you have something like this for me too? Have you been moved in for that long already?

Regards

As I said, we are talking about calculated demand. Move-in might be in January. And yes, calculated is not necessarily the same as real, but basically the expectation is that after 1-2 years we will be roughly in that range. What kind of house do you have? Size, standard?

I find the hot water demand quite considerable. There are two of us, but you have triple the heat demand for hot water? Wow, and I already feel guilty when I leave my Raindance shower running longer. I shower at home every day, my wife a few times a week at the gym, which is surely overcompensated by regular bathing.

In the last 12 months, I have consumed for hot water:
1668kWh heat
674 kWh electricity

Do you run circulation or the legionella program every day?

By the way, I just realized that the COP is somehow really bad, but that shouldn’t be the topic.

: would you like to show me your heating curve and tell me approximately how many m² you heat? I am currently considering my heat pump and wondering what values it should achieve at 0° and -10°. Thanks Do you also have a fireplace?

180 sqm
KFW 55

Me too
And there are only two of us (were in 2021) and we only bathe 1-2 times a year.
I can only set here (I think, anyway, I have to check again) when DHW should be produced, with a 24h segment dial.
Then heating is done at 5+6+7 am and 16+17+18 pm.

I will take a look at that.

No - also no exhaust (kitchen), but controlled residential ventilation

regards

180x35 = 6300 kWh/a calculated heat demand, so you are pretty much exactly at the demand. A large house and one level lower in the standard make a difference. The COP=3.45 is rather moderate and I also find the amount for hot water way too high.
