As long as no alkaline, acidic cleaning agents or disinfectants are used, that is not a problem. Many beekeepers find it difficult to give up caustic soda. Of course, that stuff does not belong in a drainage system and may only be neutralized in small quantities and discharged into the wastewater. Hobby beekeepers are usually "safe" in this regard and have a high reuse rate.

The sewer connection is about 2 meters higher. Currently, I empty the water from the sink or machines into a bucket and then carry it outside in the evening to water under the trees. Of course, this is quite hard on the back and therefore this would be a comparatively inexpensive way to get rid of the water.

I would buy a submersible pump for a few euros and lay a hose outside. If necessary, there might be a basement window or a light well. Attach a garden coupling so that the window does not have to remain open all the time, and quickly everything is solved. I am skeptical about a hole in the basement wall if a corresponding sleeve is not used, a backflow valve is not integrated, and the groundwater level is not safely far below...
