Good day everyone, I have a new building and Cosmo CRTN / CRT24N were installed. I would now like to replace these with something modern digital (possibly WIFI). Can someone tell me what I need to pay attention to? How many amperes does the new digital thermostat require? Thank you very much.

First, tell me a bit more about what the goal is, how the heating is done, how many thermostats there are, and so on.

Good day, thank you for the reply. Heating is done with gas and the underfloor heating works with water. The goal is to first replace everything that is directly visible. So it's all just a matter of appearance.

Heat demand of the house?

Proper hydraulic and thermal balancing done? If yes and the heat demand is low, then you can completely shut down 90% of the units. They are just wall decorations anyway; whether you now replace them with nicer ones and spend money again is generally not economically reasonable.

That was not the question. The question is whether I can replace the existing Cosmo with others. And if my Cosmo, when they are closed without power, means I then also have to buy other devices that close without power. Thank you very much.

Of course, you can replace them with any normally closed without power. (If yours are normally closed without power). You just have to pay attention to the voltage 24V or 230V and whether NC or NO. Otherwise, it doesn't matter which manufacturer has their name printed on it.
