Certainly, there are further information and conditions that the lawyer linked to the procedure, making the "plan" work - without a lawyer, I don't see this as easily enforceable. One mistake, one word, and you end up on the losing side.

Google "implied acceptance Xaver," you'll come across the specialist media portal Reguvis. Read the chapter "II. Implied Acceptance" there; it contains references to court rulings and examples. However, I would still not do without legal advice. As wrote, one wrong word can sometimes make all the difference.
