Hello everyone,
we noticed that the inlet/outlet of the flat roof is about 12 cm close to the parapet. According to the flat roof guideline, it has to be at least 30 cm. The roofer pointed this out, the architect is downplaying it.
What to do? I tend to inform the architect in writing that he must comply with the guideline and will be liable for damages in case of damage. What happens if the drain leaks due to the planning error only after 10 years?
What do you think?
Thank you very much for a tip and best regards
Alex
