What total costs (house) are we talking about here?
So far, only the costs for the building and technology are just under €480,000. That would be just under €2,500 per sqm. However, €10k in Bafa subsidies still need to be deducted here. And: for many items where I don’t yet have an offer, I’ve calculated high. Additionally, there are a few items where we know we will still cut back. For example, the storage for the photovoltaic system will be smaller. We also do not intend to exhaust the budget for the lighting consultant, etc.
