Increase equity during the savings phase

what is the best thing to do with my equity while I am saving it for a house construction in 2-3 years?

At the moment it is in a [Tagesgeldkonto], but with a meager interest rate.

More interest = more risk.

Is it worth it to you? Otherwise, just leave it where it is. There are hardly any (/no) sensible alternatives.

With what percentage probability are you willing to accept a total loss of your invested money?

Give it to me, I will pay 2% interest on it

I'll put it this way, I would be satisfied with about a 30 percent loss/gain.
