Hello everyone,

today was the clarifying conversation with the site manager and his boss. Long story short:

--> Kfw credit is not at risk. The costs for the recalculation will be borne by the site manager’s company.
--> We will be reimbursed for the reduced value of the thinner wool.
--> My heating cost statement will increase by about 11 euros per year according to the calculations in the energy certificate. We will cover these costs.

So the matter is settled and everything has ended well, the company’s boss was very friendly and accommodating.

--> Kfw credit is not at risk. The costs for the recalculation are borne by the construction manager's company.
--> We will be reimbursed for the material depreciation on the thinner wool.
--> According to the calculations in the energy certificate, my heating costs statement will increase by about 11 euros per year. We bear these costs.

The matter is thus off the table and everything ended well, the company's boss was very friendly and accommodating.

and how much did you get back for the cheaper insulation? if it's more than €220, you've thus covered the additional heating costs for 20 years :)
