Hello everyone,

just so that everyone knows how things continued with us.

The inspections were carried out by the LRA and the report was written.
The result is within the normal range with 15% of the annual hours (village area). The approval was therefore granted quickly.

Just for complete information: In September 2022, the Federal Administrative Court issued a ruling that allows significantly higher emission values (i.e. more than 15%), insofar as they are "typical for the area".

For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that you could have also commissioned the expert opinion yourself at a §29 measuring station. It would have cost a small four-figure amount, but would have been much faster than the poor guy from the district office.

Are you sure about that? We have asked x times whether we can do something to speed up the process. At all levels. Back then we certainly would have commissioned the report ourselves immediately. Now the information doesn’t help us anymore, maybe it will help others.
