Ikea MANDAL bed disassembly - assembly help

Hello everyone,

I am moving in a week and plan to leave as many pieces of furniture assembled as possible. Unfortunately, this will not be possible with my 1.60*2m-Mandal bed. I have never taken furniture apart for transport before. Do you have any experience with this? Maybe even directly with the Mandal bed and can give me tips on the easiest way to disassemble it so that I can also reassemble it again?
