IKEA KARLSTAD sofa side panel screw broken

on my 3-seat sofa IKEA Karlstad the left side/armrest (when sitting on the sofa) has broken off at the lower screw connection. Is there anywhere to get this as a spare part? I couldn't find anything like that.

Hello, the screws are available with the spare part number from the Karlstad assembly instructions from customer service. Ikea.com/de/de/assembly_instructions/karlstad-er-sofagestell__AA-231512-5_pub.PDF The side panel itself is not available as a spare part. But you should have a 10-year warranty on KARLSTAD. With the purchase receipt, you will get the side panel replaced (for this, a new KARLSTAD will be dismantled). Maybe another solution can be found; you have to clarify this with customer service.
