Ikea Hemnes dresser: Drawers do not fit on rails

I bought a 6-drawer Hemnes dresser. The 2 small drawers at the top slide in effortlessly, but the large drawers do not fit into the rails. It looks as if the drawer is built too narrow, because it falls out of the rail.
There was already a post on this topic, but unfortunately the person did not share the solution to their problem.

Can someone help me???

I would loosen the screws of the rails on the drawers and slide thin cardboard or similar between the rail and the drawer, then tighten the screws again. Also check whether there are no gaps between the horizontal and vertical struts of the frame. If necessary, tap the parts together and tighten the eccentrics well. Of course, also check whether the rails were mounted the right way around. In the cabinet, the rollers must be at the front bottom, on the drawer at the back.
