Hello hello! Tell me, with these FYNDIG sinks, are the basins the same size for the one with and without the draining board? Somehow the basin on the sink with draining board looks smaller. Thanks in advance!

OK, put differently: Does the basin of the FYNDIG sink 798.963.69 fit into a 40 cm base cabinet (36.4 x 37)*? Because it looks smaller than the one of the sink without a draining board, which is 45 x 39.

* Edit 18.03.: I idiot obviously meant a 40x60 cabinet with 36.4 x 60 cm internal dimensions!!!!!

Hello, regardless of the width, none of the sinks fit in a 37 cm deep base cabinet in terms of depth.

hello trulla,

i haven’t found the internal dimensions anywhere either, but it should definitely fit this way....
because...
you don’t just have 36.4 cm width, but the full 40 cm if something is standing next to it on the left and right. if the space is a bit tight, you can cut out the area of the basin, about 16 cm in height, on the side panels.

best, robi

ps. correction, i just noticed that you only have 37 cm depth (in your 2nd post it says 36.4 x 37), that doesn’t fit unless the worktop has a different depth!! then you could attach the upper metal bar on the cabinet deeper and enlarge the sink cutout towards the back. you also have to make sure there’s still space for the faucet.
additionally, the basin has a side overflow drain, here you need to plan an extra 3-4 cm.

The internal dimensions of the basin are: width 34.5cm depth 40.5 cm I would still attach the overflow, otherwise water runs into the body... from the drain/shelf over it into the opening regards

Great, that's so nice, thank you very much for your effort!!! Since I assume that neither the sheet metal is 4.5 cm thick nor the taper downwards amounts to 4.5 cm, it will probably work. So it is actually smaller than the single basin. I wish you a nice weekend!
