Hello everyone,
I bought the DÄTID OV8 built-in oven and the Framtid HINF4T induction cooktop last week, which will be installed and connected by an acquaintance next week. Today I unpacked the appliances and took a look, and I noticed a few things:
1. The oven connection is made with a 3-core cable (blue, brown, yellow-green), but with my old oven or oven connection box it is a 5-core cable (blue, brown, black, black, green-yellow).
2. The induction cooktop comes with neither a connection cable nor an adapter cable for the electric oven.
The missing connection/adapter cable is what makes me suspicious! That should be included, right? My old oven and the ceramic hob are connected with an adapter plug, which was included with the ceramic hob.
I will have a professional connect the oven, but if the cable/connection is missing, will he or I then have to go and buy such a part!?
