Hello,

we are currently planning and building a new kitchen - still the Faktum model.

I have about 3.5m of countertop with a domsjö sink in between and above that 5 wall cabinets, the elongated ones. For the look (all high-gloss white) a cover panel will also be attached under the wall cabinets as well as on the sides and top so that it looks framed.

Which spots / lights can be installed underneath the wall cabinets nowadays so that
A) it doesn't look stupid
B) the countertop is well illuminated.

I still know the Grundtal spots, but they were very conspicuous and the wiring was quite annoying because it always had to go into the cabinets.

With Metod etc., I believe there are now new possibilities?

The second issue: I have 3 base cabinets with clear glass display doors that should be lit on the inside, of course discreetly, but preferably evenly illuminated. What should I use best for that?

See if you can still get the old light boards. But I can't tell you if they also fit into the elongated ones. For these, the cabinet bottom is removed and the board is inserted. Ideal combination with display/glass doors
