Hello, I have had the drawer fridge for three weeks. The lower drawer has a temperature of 1 degree and the upper one 3.5 degrees. It switches on at 6 degrees. I have set it to level 1. Does anyone have experience with this?
Did I express myself incorrectly? Sorry! In my opinion, the fridge is too cold at these temperatures!
You can't enjoy drinks like this, and sauces or similar cool the food down immediately. Even "the spreadable butter" is hard.
I sent an email to customer service (I can't make calls from work) but received no response.
What do you think, is it too cold (I once heard something about 7 - 8 degrees)? What can / should I do in your opinion? I would appreciate some help because the new kitchen was planned around the appliance because I really wanted to have it.
Customer service was here today! The appointment was super quick! The thermostat is supposed to be replaced! Let's see.
